Looks almost exactly like the original Jalopnik rendering. The splitter is about the only difference.

It appears crow will, indeed, be eaten by some.

Nothing new here, but solid confirmation from GM that the leaks were indeed the car.

It doesn't to me. On this illustration the vents are lower, the lights are bigger and there is a more of a "curve" in the hood.

I agree. Definitely bulkier and sexier than the renderings.

Subtle details here in this service man. sketch that make it even better!

The side gill/gash-thing is too gaudy... What purpose does it serve? I hope it looks better when the rest of the car is visible.

Don't we see a front license plate holder right in the middle of that "grille"? Hopefully it can be removed seamlessly if unnecessary.

A year and a half ago I talked to Tadge Juechter about the lack of a decent place to mount a front plate on a C6 and he mentioned they came up with a good sollution for the C7 that would both look good and still allow for the huge air intake opening they wanted for the race cars (they didn't want the split opening as the C5 has). I think what we are looking at in this drawing is a removable part mounted in the opening. So if you need it for a plate, leave it in, otherwise, take it out

Hmmm, this view hints that the hood vent may be on all of the models.

I wish they had an illustration of the air diverter up through the engine compartment and to the hood vent.

Looking at it again, and with the info you have provided, it DOES look like something that could just slide into place and have some simple retainer on the inside edge. THANKS.

I agree. That is also consistent with all the renderings...

This drawing seems to show the crease that runs along the top of the fenders, along the inside edge of the headlights, and then to the leading edge of the nose. None of the renders got that as well as I thought they should according to the Omega leak.

Also, I like the nose having a bit of an "overbite" where the top of the nose is looks to hang out a bit over the bottom... ala C3.

Lot of small differences from the "renderings" that gives it a much better appearance. Looks similar but isn't. BTW, that's an air dam/deflector(C6 ZR1 also had them) shown in the illustration that is bolted to the lower A-Arm, not a splitter that is bolted under the chin.

They will say that a crease here and there is off by half an inch, and therefore Jalopnik was total fiction.

Do the rotors appear to be two piece units to anyone else? Looks like that disc bolts up to the hat to me.
