Is the battery going to be in the rear?

Is #2 the coolant or something? It's so far back in the engine bay it'd be hard to imagine.
I definitely don't think that #4 is the battery because I see no other location that looks like the fuse cover. Considering how many more computers and electronics are going into the C7, a fuse box that size would make a lot of sense.
Edit:
Never mind. I see that there is a line going from #2 to the radiator. It's definitely the coolant reservoir. Interesting putting it that far back.

#9 is the brake fluid reservoir. You can see it's attached to the brake booster and it's also where all the brake fluid reservoirs have always been. The coolant reservoir on my C5 is on the passenger side, not the driver's side. #9 would be too small for the coolant anyway.

Melting Slicks
The fact that I see no dipstick on or around the intake manifold tells me that #9 is going to be dry sump related. It's in the exact same spot as the dry sump tank on Z06's
Weird that it looks so "wide" - I thought the taller and more narrow you could get your sump tank the better.

Looks to me that
2 = oil fill
8 = oil dip stick
9 = brake booster
10 = clutch
11 = washer fluid
5 = according to that corvetteonline article says is the airbox
I'm curious about 1,3,4,.... the 3 appears to be the fuse box, but what is 4?
1 is WAYYY up there.
14 more days.....

1-Cabin filter
2-Coolant filler cap
3-?
4-Fuse box
5-Air filter
6-Hood vent 'funnel'
7-Oil filler cap
8-Dipstick
9-Brake fluid
10-Clutch fluid
11-Washer fluid
I have to say this air filter box (if that is what it is) seems like a real convoluted air path.

I saw 7 there and took a few looks to see that it was a cap. At first it just looked like a black rectangle.
Interesting.

If you look at the air filter housing, you can see that it is a true "cold" air system as it appears to get it's air from outside the engine compartment.

The engine compartment looks to be pretty full. I wonder where the dry sump oil reservoir is going to be located?
