Dumbest C7 rumor contest
My brother's neighbor has a friend whose uncle knows a guy that works at a trailer hitch manufacturing company. The C7 will have an optional towing package and, get this, an available passenger trailer. They have apparently been testing this concept for quite some time:

The back seat "rumor" wins HANDS DOWN. If you can convince yourself of a backseat in the spy shots, keep looking closer, I think you might find a unicorn or two!

That it's going to have Camaro taillights....

Honestly, I'm nominating this thread ahead of time as the thread of the year, er, next year as well. It'll probably contain more logic then 95% of the threads created the last two months.

Awww!!! I was hoping for mid-engine 3 cyl diesel with 2-speed powerglide, white-wall tires and an external sun shade over the windshield (would double as a spoiler to hold the middle of the car up so there would have to be down force on both ends - right??). Drat!

AWD. No, wait...
Back seat. No, wait...
Despite Jalopnik and Omega Tooling, it'll have round taillights because the camouflaged cars do. No, wait...
Jalopnik and Omega Tooling and Keeks CADs and the service manual illustration and BlueOx's user manual illustrations are all a ploy by GM and the real C7 won't look anything like that.
Yes, the misdirection conspiracy theorists must be given the win -- nobody hung on to an unfounded assertion longer than they did.
Though honorable mention must go to the more affordable base model V6.

Though honorable mention must go to the V6 people were insisting we could get as a more affordable base model.
