The new C7 Cormaro

Going to go ahead and repost this..originally from Skank.
There is absolutely no design relationship between the backend of the Camaro and this new C7 back end. There is only one thing you tail light haters are focusing on, and that is the shape of the tail light lens. The Camaro is a Isosceles trapazoid shape and the C7 is a scalene quadrilateral or trapazoid shape. There is a massive difference in form between the two cars and some just have the inability to see or grasp it. In fact the C7 tail lights are two separate quadrilateral shapes that are designed as one overall binacle
All four tail light lenses on the Camaro are identical. And the C7 has two duel light binacles, one sloped left and one sloped right, for a mirrored image look. All four C7 tail light lenses are a separate parts number.

IMO nobody here wanted rectangular taillights from the get, but other than a very few designs, (like the aztec) eventually everybody gets on board
Especially when the competition tries to take its shot for the title
Meanwhile we are all anticipating something worth waiting for
