its the internals of the New NAV, looks complicated so it must work really well

It's the machine that makes sure the tail panel is just thin enough that Jeremy Clarkson can push it in a little with his hand and make a comment on what a POS it is.

It should be intuitively obvious to the most casual observer. It's a rotary elliptical coaxial phase shifter.

It's the gizmo that analyses all C7 forum posts, then molds parts to match the consensus...that's why it looks so complicated.
