The new "High End" look
Especially with the dark grey exterior, and two tone camel interior the C7 has acquired a very hind end look
Something that IMO no corvette has ever done before

I just wish they would go further with the camel color, either all:
or for two tone, get some on the dash:

With the major increase in interior quality the C7 is going to be vaulted into being applauded by many who previously thumbed their noses at the corvette
Before the only good word outside of bang for the buck was that some models delivered world class performance
Now, and like the high end Euro cars such as Porsche and Ferrari the entire line will be associated with world class looks and performance.
Something that has not happened in 60 years of prior corvettes.
People who cannot afford the most expensive one will buy entry models just to look like their big brother who beats up on Euro exotics "lookswise" and because it delivers lower ring numbers

At least with the dark gray exterior, the huge, tacky black plastic vents on the hood, front fenders and rear fenders aren't as obnoxious.

Granted, I'll reserve final judgement until I see it in person...But, I'm not at all impressed with the interior. Essentially, it's a re-work of the C4, which was nothing to write home about 25+ years ago. The seats don't look overly supportive and the dash materials look cheap.
Before I drop $150K on a ZR1 (if one is actually built), it better have a significantly better fit and finish. Either that, or maybe I'll order the car without an interior, and let Caravaggio do it right. That's what I did with my current ZR1, and it's worthy of being compared against the finest in the world.
I get that this is likely the entry level model, but, c'mon, every car enthusiast on the planet has been expecting a major upgrade, given the constant flogging GM has taken with regard to the cheap vette interiors.

I would like to see some interior matching steering wheels to other colors besides black/dark grey
Light colored dash tops look nice but also present some pretty serious reflection problems

You can see all the colors here: http://www.chevrolet.com/new-2014-corvette/
The site did not work for me in Firefox, but does in IE. The Blue is "Laguna Blue" with a colored tint.
