If I was a betting man. I think they can get there naturally aspirated with a 427 based on the new LT1. LT7 maybe?

It wouldn't shock me if it did have some breathing help though. If that's the case it will probably be more than 605.

The Z06/ZR1 will gain weight from the bigger rubber/wheels/brakes/supercharger, etc. To offset that weight, MAYBE GM would pull the leather interior trim (leather is HEAVY) and other "civilization" goodies like sound deadening etc out of the Z06 version. Hell, I ordered my 95Z28 with HAND CRANK WINDOWS and no t tops, no rear window defogger, etc. I would LOVE a Z06 Hardcore package. I WANT cloth seats for light weight.
