No...it's in there for good. It's labeled the Corvette Stingray Final Prototype.

Silver and Red is all that's available

No mods like the proto car...just oil change and tires

This really unleashed my love for this car now....the thing looks incredible in photos...damn!

Ran a 1:37.1 with it completly stock at Laguna Seca.

That is a pretty good time, since in real life a 997.2 GT3 RS did it in 1:36.77 and Corvette Z06 Z07 in 1:37.40

If only I could mod my cars... Sucks all I can do is tires, stiffening and an oil change. Running an endurance race now to see if post race I get more that 464hp LOL.

Won't be home to try it out for several more hours...

Is the HUD visible in cockpit driving mode? I didn't see it when I watched the initial YouTube video, so I was wondering if it is actually there in game.

I was meaning the car's HUD, the reflection on the windshield, as opposed to all the game info.

And from what I can see in the video you posted, looks like it is absent.

If fellow GT5 guys could comment on this thread I would appreciate it.

Basically I'm just wondering how much of a difference going to sport medium tires is. I was thinking it would maybe make the car more comparable to a Z51 car. I managed to run a 1:35.6 with an oil change and sport mediums....but I'm not very good and there was probably a lot left in it.

I suck so bad I can barely get the car down below 8:00 on the ring. I've yet to run a clean lap.
