C7 Interior (5) Colors now on C7 Web Site
From the 2014 web site, doesn't it seem like the names ought to be reversed? Googled pictures of Kalahari and it sure looks like what Chevy is calling Brownstone??
Brownstone (3LT Only):
Kalahari (only available 2LT/3LT):
Jet Black:
Red:
Gray:

Being that I plan on getting the Laguna Blue, I'm disappointed. I really don't want just a plain black interior. I wonder if the Brownstone would look get with that color? otherwise its gray or black for me -___-

Melting Slicks
That's a tough one. I don't think either the dark brown or tan will look good with that blue, and the gray might be too light. It's too bad the ebony/titanium combo isn't available for you.

Question - does the "seat" (butt) look like it will hug your butt when going into a hard corner, or does it seam like your *** is just gonna go sliding right out of the seat?
I know that the current C6's seats have been criticized for such elements, but my buddy's C4 had DEEP seats...
See how DEEP these seats are? That was one of the BEST elements of the entire car, no matter how hard or how fast I'd go into a corner, your *** was PLANTED.
A couple more, if I may...
Now, back to the new seats...
Guys (and gals), I don't want anyone to think that I'm a hater - The Chevrolet Corvette has ALWAYS been my most favorite car of all time. My buddy let me drive his heavily modded C4 ALL OVER JACKSONVILLE, sometimes w/ him, sometimes by myself. I am IN LOVE with CORVETTES.
My only concern is that, while the upper half of the seat definitely "grabs" you more that current C6 seats, the bottom of it still seams kind of shallow.
Thoughts guys? :

I agree, the uppers on both new seats look much better than the C5/6, but the base still doesn't look a lot better. However, I'm not sure of really any stock seats from any manufacturer that are significantly bolstered on the bottoms, seams that all manufacturers think all Americans are overweight.
The one thing I do like is it looks like even the base seats are well bolstered for the seat back. Honestly, after having seen this, I'm thinking the sport seats may be a "nice to have" not a "must have".

Shocked there is no alcantara option. That would be awesome on Comp seats in black with alcantara in the center.

You don't need big sides if you make the butt area out of Suade or if the center of the seat is soft and the butt sides are hard, so you sink in the seat a little; yet the butt sides hold shape.
but who am I kidding they need to make easy access seats too.
what is the back pack thing on both seats? Fans for the AC in the seats.
