I would agree that the Z will probably have a body colored rear like the cad drawings. But of course whatever the Z comes out with is going to be immediately copied onto base cars anyway so they may as well paint the rear ends body color now

There is no orange color ... that car in the video is torch red. Think the camera doesn't pick up the color very well.

That happens a lot. It did with my Camaro all the time, just in reverse. IOM looked Red.

Same car, same time of day, same atmospherics -- just with a different camera.

In certain light, Torch Red shows orange...real orange.

I wish GM would dump Torch Red for Ferrari Rosso Corsa (racing red).
