Original Jalopnik Renderings
The original Jalopnik renderings showed a vent in front of the rear tires, just above the rocker panels. I believe they said at the time this rendering was not a base C7. Did they get to see the next Z06?

This shows the hi- po model's raised hood , front splitter and side skirt and the europe -mandated HID headlight washers, but this early mock up that Jalopnick spied, wore the wheel design now used on the Z 51 package
