Laid up on the right side with marks on the left side proves that car has been all over the road
Anything less than avoiding an object in the road will be told by the skid marks that may well suggest something like twice the speed limit
If that is the case GM may have worn out their welcome mat for road testing in Arizona

I have been in Law enforcement for 18 years now, have seen / worked my fair share of accidents . But hey... Where were you when I needed you for the past 18 years ? You could have saved our traffic guys a ton of paperwork. All we had to do all this time was to take a picture of the Wreck and send it to you , and you would have saved us tons of paperwork. WOW I am impressed ! Can we hire you ? I repeat most accidents are caused by driver error ! I don't care about a scientific explanation about down force. I know what down force is. The car was wrecked by either driver error, or he exceeded the cars limitations, or mechanical failure, or he was run off the road in which the fault would lie elsewhere .

The car has already been fully revealed, why not just pull over and let the press take all the pictures they want and then be on their way? And what kind of supercar C7 can't outrun the press?
I can see them catching a Porsche, but they wouldn't catch my C6Z, not on their life.

And if you look at the passenger side of the rear deck spoiler, you will see that the quarter panel is shoved in enough to put a good size wrinkle in the spoiler.

Chevrolet confirms C7 accident...
Just got this from the marcomm guys at Chevy:

We can confirm that during routine testing, a Stingray was involved in a one-car accident.
During evaluation, the driver caught the inside tire caught the edge of the pavement during a tight corner, leading to the accident. Thankfully, no one was hurt, the car received only minor damage, and no citations were issued.
