Well ain't this the pits ......... "The next Cadillac CTS-V will arrive with a forced-induction version of the same LT1 engine found between the fenders of the 2014 Corvette Stingray. General Motors is still deciding on the CTS-V's induction method, however, so it remains possible the car could arrive with either two-turbos or a supercharger." From today's LeftLane news.

I wonder if they decide to go turbo if they actually use 2 turbos or the so called 2 turbos in one housing like BMW?

I'd bet money that the CTS-V engine does not arrive before the essentially same engine arrives in either a Z06 or ZR1. I think the new CTS is still 18 months away, and the V version won't follow for another year after that.

I believe twin turbos would be more fuel efficient and with that I believe cadillac will go that route and if the corvette team can properly package turbos the ZR1 will go that route as well.

Direct injection makes turbos the way to go if possible.

Not to mention that the new Chevy SS gets the LS3!!
