2014 RPO and C7 Pricing
4/3/14
I think this will the last version for the MY. It has all the latest increases that Chevrolet has put in place with a number of small decreases. I hope for those that are still contemplating ordering a C7 that this spreadsheet will help in your decision making process.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the 4th model year that I have posted an Excel spreadsheet that will let you figure out what your new car will set you back. It has many of the same features that I had last year and this year I added a little extra. You can download the spreadsheet below. If you need help you can PM me. Anyone who finds any errors can let me know and I will fix and update this page. It would be a good idea to subscribe to this thread just in case there are any changes and this way you will be notified.
If you are not familiar with Excel or this spreadsheet please read the following:
In column H you will see a Yellow ribbon running from cell H2 to cell H186. To start select the model of the car you want to price out by putting an "x" in column H next to the model. Next select the trim 1LT, 2LT or 3LT by using the same "x" process. Once you select the trim level some of the yellow column will automatically have x's in them to indicate that the option or feature is included in your vehicle selection. You will also see a column to the right of all the options. It will indicate if the option is available for selection or not with the trim level you have selected. If you are not familiar with what the options are for each model this will help. In the Yellow column continue putting x’s next to the options that you want. Keep in mind the following:
You must select a model and trim before you will see the seating options.
Available = Available option for that model and trim level
-- = Not available for that model and trim level.
When you put an "X" in the yellow column next to your seating selection you may notice that additional costs are added for that selection. I have done my best to interpret the order guide. If you find an error please let me know.
In the Dealer Installed Options section you will see that I have opened some of the cells to allow you to add in options that do not appear (most that I have seen are obscure). You can add in the RPO code a description and a MSRP price. The spreadsheet will take care of the discounts if applicable. Don't forget to put an "X" in the yellow column to include it.
BTW, if you find a MSRP and RPO code that is not listed please let me know so I can update it.
Once you have selected all your options you can now proceed to the bottom of the page. Column “D” is where you will be working. Cell D189 will give you the MSRP for the vehicle. If you have a trade in cell D190 is the place to put it. At this point in cell D191 you can put in any number you want to indicate the discount you think is fair and reasonable. Cell D192 is where you can show any dealer or GM incentives. You can figure sales tax if you like (you need to change the percentage in column C cell 194) by putting in the percentage for your state. You can then enter Motor Vehicle charges if any.
At this point you need to compare column “D” with Column “F” which represents what is referred to as Dealer Invoice and see where your number is with and without trades and adjusted discounts you are looking for. Column “G” represents something closer to true cost.
Some people say that you can do this online. That maybe true but you can do so much more that I think you will find this tool worthwhile.
A new added feature 8/11/13
Those RPO codes that show standard features for the selected trim levels will be automatically selected. When you select an option that provides something additional such as selecting FE4 Magnetic Selective Ride Control the spreadsheet will also add B4Z Performance Traction Management. The 7 speed manual trans is the default. If you select the MY6 Automatic Trans it will deselect the manual trans. There are other examples but those will give you the idea.
Please remember you can only work in the Yellow and Green cells except as noted above (and yes some of the yellow cells are no longer available as they will be selected automatically when you select your trim) you cannot click on any other cells.
This spreadsheet will be added to as new pricing becomes available.
On another note when you pick all the options you want in your vehicle you can make the sheet only display just those options. It's real simple in cell H1 there is a small arrow pointing down. By clicking on the arrow in that cell you will see a drop down menu just uncheck the box that says (Blanks) and the spreadsheet will hide all the rows that have options that you are not interested in. To show all the rows again just put the check mark back in the (Blanks) check box.

If I am reading it correctly, the Nav is no longer in the 2LT package. A hidden price increase? Thanks for the spreadsheet.

Great and thanks! But I do not understand why you do not remove the delivery charge when I select museum delivery? Can you please correct this for us all. Thanks again!

The delivery charge is the same no matter whether the car is delivered across the street or across the country.

Unfortunately, we must pay both when ordering the museum option.
The standard delivery charge is mandatory regardless of any other arrangements.

Z51 Z51 Performance Package, includes (J55) performance brakes, (J6A) Black-painted calipers, (Z52) dry sump oil system, (FE3) Z51 performance suspension, (XFJ) P245/35ZR19 front and P285/30ZR20 rear tires, (Q7S) Silver-painted aluminum, 19" front and 20" rear wheels, performance ratios, (G96) electronic limited slip differential and (KNR) rear differential cooler
However, the option is dealer installed for non-Z51 cars, and not available for Z51 cars. I guess we have to assume that it's included in the package, and therefore not available for dealer install.

Edit:
Here's the description of the Z51 package from the sales guide. I think "...unique Aero Package..." covers it.

and transmission cooling, as well as a unique Aero Package that reduces lift for high-speed stability.
Magnetic Selective Ride Control and Performance Traction Management are available. In addition,
the Michelin Pilot® Super Sport® ZP summer-only tires6 on the ZS1 Performance Package are unique
and aggressively tuned to provide outstanding handling, grip and road-holding capability.
