Do you guys know if the transparent roof is body colored along the edges (like the carbon fiber one) or is it transparent from edge to edge?

I'm hoping for body colored along the edges.

Sorry, it will be transparent edge to edge. Only the visible carbon fiber roof has the painted edges.

You can order it either way. RPO Code C2z. Cost is $1995. Stock is painted carbon fiber. CC3 is all transparent.

No body color on the edges of transparent roof. I'm sure you can have your local shop do it

Thanks for the input. Transparent edge to edge will be ok for me. I like the dark contrast that roof will bring to a light colored car.

That is not what the OP asked. He wanted to know if the transparent roof (CC3) has the edges painted body color like the visible (not transparent) carbon fiber roof (C2Z).

I want the transparent top (Got to have it for a Corvette coupe)... But i also like the body color side strips on the CF top... It looks good with those painted strips extending all the way to the front window.

I've decided to just wrap the sides of the Transparent top to match the body color. If its wrapped then it will be a easy mod and will still preserve the original top if you decide to pull the wrap off the sides at a later date.

Over on one of the Camaro sites there was a graphics site that sold body color or paint matching wrap material that was paint matched to the Camaro. Im sure they will be able to get some to match the colors for the new C7 as well.

Here's a piece of the Synergy Green wrap... It has metalic in it just like the real paint.

Yes because it would never fit on a C6.
