I don't believe this is the same truck as in the other pics. If it is, they 'delivered' some somewhere as it looks like 3 on this carrier and there were 7 or 8 on the first pics.

From this other thread, it doesn't look like this pace car has chrome rims. It's a little hard to tell, but if those cars on the truck aren't Indy pace cars, what are they, and where are they going?

They could of already identified the wear points on these cars and put the protective plastic underneath the covers. I am also pretty sure they make materials that can be used on the back side of the covers to prevent such wear....

Lot of "ifs" there, but just as much assumption as everyone else's negative assumptions.

Paul is a great source for information. Not to mention a great person also.

The plant sent a semi load of C7's on a road trip in April to Memphis, Tn. and back to determine if there are any issues with the transportation of the C7's to the dealers. They think of everything.
