Sure, I'll let my boyfriend drive it. He didn't drive the C6 for a long time but then he finally found the sweet spot with the seat and wheel, programmed #2 and loves it! He took a tidbit of paint off under the nose at a Walgreens and promptly understood why I back in everywhere I go.

Nothing good can happen by letting just anybody drive your car.....
I'll stick to wife (she won't) and daughter (she's 16) with my butt in the passenger seat. Must teach daughter to drive stick shift before I trade in my C6

I'll let the original owner drive it for a year or so.

I will let friends/family who know how to drive a stick drive/borrow it. They mean more to me than a car. Plus, being in the passenger seat seems to add at least 100 horsepower.

IF I get an automatic, I will let a couple of folks drive it.
IF I get a manual, probably not. Certainly not most of the drivers I know!

Not a C7 but a forum member on here made me drive his cammed C6 Z06. We were total strangers. We never met, only talked on the forum. He read I loved vettes so much he came to my hotel while I was in DFW as a surprise, took me for a drive and handed over the wheel. I almost passed out. Then proceeded to take me to Quality Motorsports where I drooled all day at vettes. Great guy!

Yes wife, oldest kid, one coworker and my brothers. Sure why not. What they can't drive are my truck and my Chevelle.

At first... Just my close family and a very small list of highly trusted friends which I know are respectful of other people's property.

Later down the road... probably nothing will change. That same list of people. LOL

My dad, anytime. My wife doesn't drive a stick. Close friends, too.

My dad or my two best friends. Use to let my last girlfriend drive my first two vettes though my current C5 is off-limits to everyone but my dad and one friend.

No, unless my wife forces me to let her drive. Which is a scary thought.

I'm going to let my drunk uncle Harry drive it, he lives near a school and always has interesting stories.
