you would think they would post it on their homepage http://www.hptuners.com/
Doesn't get any more official then that.

Both EFILive and HPTuners have unlocked it. Seemed easy enough.
People were trolling thread for months talking about it being like the Hemi ECM.

Based on the design of the LT1, and the official numbers we saw released yesterday, I think it's far more chocked back in stock form than the LS engines are.
Can't wait to see what a stock LT1 engine can do when it's allowed to breath and tuned to full capability.

Since I am running a thoroughly modified Z06 myself, I certainly understand the excitement here. However, there was some serious thought on my part before proceeding down my path since I knew that once we got into the ecm to support my mods, my powertrain warranty was out the window. Given the cost of these rides, and the hit to me personally should anything go wrong, I took a bit of time to take this step.
If I were an C7 buyer, given the first year release of an engine combining all sorts of (new to GM technologies in one engine) I think I would delay trashing my powertrain warranty for a while to see what, if any gremlins crawl out of the woodwork. If there were any, I would want them addressed on GM's dime, not mine.

I'm going to wait through the winter, and play it out and see how the car responds to other peoples tunes before I jump the gun. Either way, the dealership I worked at will let me get away with some basic mods (headers/Intake) but i need to see how sensitive GM gets with tuned ECU's. I hope they are as forgiving as they were on my C6. I got all kinds of warranty work done when I was tuned on E85, and they never batted a eye lash

Oh God. I'm going to have an A&A Blower system on my C7 within the first year of purchasing the car. I just know it.

Given all these companies: ECS, A&A etc are relatively small and have limited resources to conduct intensive and comprehensive engineering (without the factory support that Callaway seems to enjoy), I would not be in too much of a hurry here.
Or, you can wait next year for the factory S/C install on LT4 (providng Keeks was right).

I think a lot of the lessons learned from C5 and C6 will speed up the process for C7.
Especially when it comes to belt-wrap and routing.
All of these new systems will need to be analyzed to determine the safest amd most effective long term viable way to add significant power. To do otherwise, is IMO, presenting an unwise econmic threat to the consumer, who has lost their GM warranty protection.

Roots blowers for the Corvette did at least have a nice bling factor to them at one time, but now even that has been lost with the Factory LS9 blower, the E-Force, the Hearbeat, etc.
Now they're just unsightly IAT microwaves.
