Hello no........ for the following reasons;

1. I placed my order before they announced that farce.
2. I went the poser route (detect sarcasm) and got the black Z51 Wheels and exposed Carbon Fiber roof.
3. I am not swayed by what others think; It's my money, and my choices, because I have to live with them

I think the wheels should clear that up. I think it has the CF roof. It is like ALL options.

No. Like LouB57 I went with the black wheels, not those pathetic chrome "directional" wheels that go the wrong direction on the passenger side. I will also not have the "stinger" hood stripe. Besides, very few of John Q Public will even know anything about the "Suitcase Edition".

Funny you should mention that, it did cross my mind when I saw the "special edition" release.

After I saw the luggage, I'll pass on it.

My thought is these cars will be snatched up by the dealers and either stored away as "collector" cars, or put on the show room floor with a dealer mark up.

I would be lying if I said I'm not considering another color. I think this cheapens the C7 and the new blue color. Just when you thought GM was turning the page and getting away from previous mistakes, they announce the "Hawaiian Shirt Edition". They will never learn.

Yep, I like the stinger stripe... But now if I get it people may think its the damn "Suitcase Edition".



The C7 has got good press since it was first revealed, and now this just kinda cheapens it.

If they were going to do this they should've waited another year or two.. This almost looks kind of desperate.
