What is something you would like in the C7 "Z06" ?
For me, I hope it has different tailights.

Make the following standard:
Make it ~70k starting price
Different enough body style so that it's easily spotted by those that know what to look for.
Everything else is just bonus until they price it out of my comfort zone.
2LT with upgrades available for a cost
Z51 enhancements (dry sump, etc)
MSRC
Add a bit wider rubber
bump it to ~650hp (FI or N/A)Z51 enhancements (dry sump, etc)

Surprised no one has mentioned less weight yet. Since the base Stingray already has an aluminum frame and some carbon fiber panels, I don't see how much more weight they can take out for the Z06 version with much more use of exotic materials, which would significantly drive up the cost.
Lolz at taillights! Really makes me question why you want a Z06 if your priority is upgraded aesthetics, not performance...

A bit lighter
Body color rear (and ditch the dripping mascara around the tail lights)
No AFM (for weight savings, durability and philosophy)
Stainless exhaust manifold/shorty headers like LS7/9
Aluminum/CF drive shaft (allowed by no AFM; another weight saving opp).
Manual trans.
MSRC/TPM
Better tuned exhaust
Better brakes
Higher handling limit
Fixed roof
600+ hp

I put 79,000 miles on my yellow CR (Club Racer even if I never tracked it) and only traded it because the deals on C6 coupes reached the tipping point. Great car with sweet handling. It had more downforce because of an air dam under the chin and a wing over the trunk, which was why some said CR stood for Club Ricer. I only ever saw one other CR on the road, and that was another yellow one southbound on I-95.
For the C7Z, I'd like lots more power and a convertible option, since the frame is the same. No need to do away with the targa top if it won't save any weight. If Veyrons and Koenigseggs have targa tops, Z-Corvettes should too.
