for what you describe, what makes the most sense is option 1. The carbon roof, spoiler, and mirrors will go well with the black wheels.

The other two options don't make sense to me. I am of the mindset that you either go all body color or all carbon for cohesiveness.

I will also say that although I thought I would like white on the C7, the pictures I have seen of the car in white make it look bigger. To me, the only two exterior color options I'd consider are Cyber grey (if you are going for classy) or Torch Red (if you want to go all sporty). The other colors are just ok IMO.

check costs to powdercoat them after the fact, which involved bleeding entire system and without a car while off..

500 is cheap compared to that.

i usually have my wheels powdercoated local, but for 600$ or whatever it is. the black wheels option is a steal as well.. and will be warranteed versus my powdercoat jobs which arent.

I didn't order them, it breaks up the flow of the car, makes it look to busy.
