Modded Arctic White Opinion?
This was a quick Photoshop job on what I plan on doing to my Arctic White C7:
Thoughts?
- Delete Corvette Emblem
- Tint Corvette Flag Emblem
- Tint Tail lights and reflectors
- Tint windows
Thoughts?

IMHO...I wouldn't mess with it. It really doesn't look better than factory. If you want to change anything, wait for a good looking aftermarket rear to be offered and then change the whole thing.

I personally like subtle changes so that's why I am not going to mess with it too much.. The rear is my favorite part of the car, I just want to clean it up a bit.

Definitely tint the windows. I'm not sure about the tinted tailights but one of the great things about a white car is that it is a blank canvas and the sky is the limit.

I like it. The only thing that I would maybe do is instead of removing the corvette emblem, I would black it out so its not chrome (could do this with the flags as well). I'm also thinking about doing this to the Stingray emblems on the sides of the car as well.
The sky's the limit, do what makes you happy. Who cares what others say.

I noticed a lot of guys with white Audi's do the same thing with their emblems..

The "CORVETTE" lettering is going to go when I get my *cough* Callaway. I think the crossed flags all alone like that looks mean as hell with the taillights. I love the taillights. I think they look awesome and they'll look amazing at night.

I can see flossing away the Corvette logo.
I can see some tinting of the windows.
I can see tinting the reflectors.
But the tail lights, I'm not sure I'd do that.
BTW, I'm curious - just how do you plan on tinting those tail lights?

Tinted windows - definitely
Tinted tail lights and reflectors - definitely not - I want to be seen, tint really impacts the brightness
The rest - not for me.

Good imagination...With that flat glass in the rear no longer will the tint guys struggle with the curved dots like on the C5 hatch glass.
I would like to see, instead of 'corvette' displayed, the word Stingray spelled out in cursive. I am sure the Aftermarket will come up with such an emblem.

I just dont want any lettering back there at all. This car can be just as classy as the cars it is frequently compared to -- no need to have anything written back there really. I'm not sure I even love the flags.
I may remove the flags, the stingrays, and if possible - the lettering which spells "Corvette" - although I'm not sure you can remove that. It looks imprinted in the body of the car.

I guess so. Is that a permanent paint or can you peel it off?
I'd be concerned that it would negatively affect my ability to be seen, especially given what a low car the Corvette is.
Are there any legal issues involved? I know it is illegal in some states to tint your windows too much so I was just curious if there are any limits for tail lights.
