Is C7 meeting demographic target ?
I was curious if the C7 is meeting GM's target demographic. Corvette had the image of being an olders guys sports car. If you have a C7 on order please answer the poll to see if they are on track. Lets restrict this poll ONLY to those that have a car on order.

You're failing to account for the internet forum demographic, which is decidedly younger than average.
The initial new buyers will be grey haired dudes.... same as always... same as any other car that costs this much money.
Vast majority of C6's I see in the real world are still driven by grey haired guys, and that is with the early MY's down as low as the mid 20's. They aren't so common, but every time I see a newer Porsche around here, who is driving? Grey haired dude. See a new Bimmer, who is driving? Grey haired dude (or woman). They are the ones with the money... they are the ones that buy new cars in the real world; internet forums where everyone is a 25 year old millionaire not withstanding.

Money is the deciding factor.....disposable income is the key also younger folks tend to have a wife and kids and often times people put off the 2 seater purchase till their kids are old enough to drive themselves.
I bought my first c5 at 39 and a day...for my fortieth birthday (sp) I had a 2 or 3 year old at the time. At first my wife was crazed and then she realized I took the kid in the car every Sunday morning to go driving up in the mountains...she got to sleep late and she all of a sudden loved the corvette. As the kid was growing up I took him to corvette shows and she loved the corvette even more.
Most family guys don't take the shot....and they don't buy the sports car...or they have more than one kid.....
Two seaters have a limited market appeal because of this.
The 911 with the two tiny rear seats has circumvented that issue......and I believe that's why it's so successful over the years...it's a pseudo 2 +2 so it has a wider audience....
The Nissan GTR is just ugly and expensive in mot people's opinion plus no roof off motoring like a vette or a Porsche (targa or vert)

I have a C7 on order - I am LESS than 50 years of age
I do not have a C7 on order - I am LESS than 50 years of age
I have a C7 on order, but planning on one - I am MORE than 50 years of age
I do not have a C7 on order, but planning on one - I am MORE than 50 years of age
Looks like it was written in the same manner of gun control polls.
I am for it
I am not against it.

I put selected both.
I'm more than 50 but think I'm still 15.
