Will the real Adrenaline Red please stand up?
My Torch Red Vettes have always had black interiors, except one C4 which had a red interior and it was OK, but....
When I saw the Reveal C7 in Torch Red and a red interior, I was hooked. Jump forward to today, and I am very concerned about ordering that combination given such a wide range of samples of what Adrenaline Red really looks like. From being almost a torch red all the way to maroon. In fact the Chevy site makes the color look almost like dried blood. Since there is no way for me to actually see it myself, would those that have actually seen that combination shed some light on the real Adrenaline Red.
Thanks

I went thru the same dilemma when I was ordering my Crystal Red. Most of the studio pictures show it as a much darker shade which would have matched CRM very well. All the folks that have seen it in person have said that it matches the Torch Red paint. I ended up ordering the Kalahari interior.

And this is the problem. Here's a link to the colors purported to be Adrenaline Red I put in the Albums section.

I want to believe the High Res pictures posted here are an accurate representation before putting in an order sight unseen.

So often pictures have been taken with the color saturation sight higher than is real.

After 23 years riding rescue and having seen gallons of blood of all kinds, I'd say fresh arterial blood as opposed to dried blood. If it was in fact dried blood I would go with CR as opposed to Torch. The Torch BJ car interior was a great match, that's what I have on order.

I have seen it in Detroit. Its hard to describe how a color appears, but it's easy to define what it isn't. It not "dried blood", or even close to maroon.
My wife is a "card carrying colorologist" and she said it was a very nice combination with Torch Red. Like TR, it has a bright look to it.

The torch red exterior color appeared in 1993 and continued through 2004. There was a matching interior in 1993-1996 and again in 2000-2004. Torch red returned by popular demand in 2010 but there was no matching interior.
Those torch red C4 and C5 interiors were really really bright, they matched the torch red exterior perfectly. In designing the high quality C7 interior, I suspect that the designers thought too bright a red interior might look cheap.
I've seen a number of adrenaline red interiors now and I think they made the perfect compromise. It's not as "eyeball searing" as the C4 and C5 matching interiors but most people would still consider it a reasonable match for torch red (they're not calling it a torch red interior, they call it adrenaline red).

Caution!
Many of the above posts are dead wrong and the one picture isn't even close to what Adrenaline Red looks like. First, it is almost like the interior Torch Red of the C5's -- very, very bright. Guess why is is called ADRENALINE Red! Second it is much, much brighter than the Cobalt Red of the C6's -- which I have and to which I think the description maroon/dark red accurately applies. There have been many forum pictures showing is dull (which it is NOT), and others showing it pink (which it is NOT!). I have seen it in person and the following picture is totally color accurate.
