Mike,
I consider it my good fortune to have met you several years ago, and I congratulate you on 35 years of being so involved with the automotive industry and Corvettes.
This is a perfect example of why I've said over the years words to the effect that "Corvette is more than a car, It's a community."

Mike,
I think all here know my feelings. I can truly say one of those days in my life I will always recall is arriving at the front stairs of Criswell and you coming through the door to greet me. That day and since has been loaded with miles of smiles about a car which I would not have found anywhere else.
Thank you for surfing the forum, finding my request and having my car. I still grin seeing your avatar standing in front of my baby.
Thanks for becoming a great friend. Can't wait to meet up at Carlisle.
Congrats on finding your passion in life and earning a living from it. That has trickled down to giving me enjoyment in my life.
Here's to another 35 years and I look forward to my next purchase...

Congrats, and may you be blessed with many more years of handing the keys to a new owner who probably sweat all the way home driving the car worried about the guy in the rusted out pickup truck...., you have put a great big smile on many faces, keep it up. - Jeff

congrats mike, keep up the good work that you've been doing for so long, you lucky man. not everyone loves their job, thats for sure. but to be around those beautiful cars all day, then on top of that, making other people so happy has got to be one of the best. and you my friend, seem to be doing very, very well at it. for many years to come.

What a great story. Very few of us have the opportunity to do something we love to do for a living, let alone do it as well as you do. If a hundred dealers had a Corvette rep of your caliber, Bowling Green couldn't make enough Vettes. Way to go!

congrats Mike
I would like to tell everyone who is thinking about buying a new Corvette. I just bought a new 13 from Mike just a few short weeks ago, I live near Savannah, GA and dealing with Mike was just like sitting in the show room with him. It was so easy and any fear that I might have had about buying a car over the phone was put at ease. Dealing with Mike from day 1 to see if the car was still available to the day it was delivered to my front door, Mike was there for me. Can't wait to get to the show room one day soon to shake his hand in person to thank him for doing a fantastic job for me. When it comes time for a new 15 I'm headed right back to Mike. Take care Mike wish you all the best. Rodger

Mike,
Congratulations as well
I'll be sure to get a hold of you in
a few yrs when I'm ready to add a
C7 to the stable.
For those sitting on the fence,
Mike does pay attention to the
little customer focused details.
On my drive home playing with
the NAV (after I had picked up my
'13 GS). I discovered that Mike
had programmed my "home" address
into the NAV, and set it as the
destination !
Best wishes Mike

Congrats Mike!! what great memories you must have. So many of us share that same passion you have and that's what makes this hobby so special. I worked at Criswell one summer while in high school. I was the parts truck driver and I took the job just so I could be around the vettes and hop in one every now and then and move it around the lot. To this day (28 years later) I still stop by to see what you have on the lot when I visit my parents in Gaithersburg!!

"Congratulations and I very much look forward to purchasing my C7 Corvette from you. After all, it is just a short 7 hour drive from your store to my garage in sunny South Carolina..."

Zora and his wife along with Larry Shinoda used to come to Malcolm Konner Chevrolet every yr for the big Corvette show held there. I believe the Konner's even put them up at their houses.

"I never had to wonder why that '88 was faster then any other '88 Corvette that I ever drove...considering the lineage."
Ha Ha! It probably had the infamous Duntov "fuel injection" cam, aka, "The Pink Stick".

Mike, congratulations on 35 years. I have not had to opportunity to meet you yet but I have seen no other dealer that appears to enjoy selling cars more than you, making great deals along the way. While I may or may not buy a C7, if and when I do you will be getting the call!
