C7s now at ongoing Vettes On The Rockies
Vettes On The Rockies(VOTR) is being held in Winter Park, Colorado. There are two C7s for your viewing..... a Premier Edition Coupe (500 to be built) and a convertible. VOTR is ongoing until Sunday August 4th at the Winter Park ski area. 200+ corvettes and their owners are enjoying a great gathering in the Rocky Mountains thanks to the efforts of Purifoy Chevrolet and the members of Looking Glass Corvette Association. The BIG show and shine is on Saturday Aug 3rd beginning at 10am. Come on up and see the C7s as well as a couple hundred other corvettes!

Pics of C7 at VOTR
I just posted a ton of photos of the two C7s which are up at VOTR on the Down the Road Corvettes Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/downtheroadcorvettes)
I also posted a video.
I would have posted some photos here but I don't see an option to do that.

I love the C7 but one thing bothers me. I know we're getting a LOT for $52k+, but you would think after all the focus they've put on the interior, the back interior would look nicer. The carpeting in the car, in some colors more than others, looks like pretty cheap stuff and the wheel wells are just exposed plastic. The following photo is fairly unattractive, although in my opinion, it's one of the very few unattractive parts of the car:

I drove up to Winter Park this morning the check out the C7s. They look absolutely stunning in person. Laguna Blue in looks even more awesome in person vs. seeing it in pictures.
Before I had seen the C7 I wasn't quite sure that I like the rear end. After seeing the car in person there isn't anything about the car that I don't like.
I had a little chat with Harlan Charles. He was very helpful in answering my questions and seems like a really great guy.

I posted a few pictures. Sorry, I did not think to ask that question.
I did talk to Harlan about the competition seats vs. the standard seats. He said that for someone our size (we have similar builds) they would be comfortable even on longer drives.
