Awesome. So those of us who are reasonable can expect to get more reliable third-party data and opinions of the C7 when this comparison is published.

Its good that it will be getting a good review but other reviews are just so so in the performance area. Like many not getting close to the 3.9 0 60, which I think should be a little better than that. Hopefully the track course performance will be better. I would think with the better TQ curve it should feel stronger atleast.
0-60... meh. One mag got 3.8 and several got 3.9. But, again, 0-60... meh. A fairly irrelevant measure and very one dimensional on a car that is far from one dimensional and also competing against other cars that are far from one dimensional. These are not the days of muscle cars any longer.
P.S. This isn't suggesting 0-60 isn't something to look at but it is far from the best test of acceleration other than for teens who like to stop light race
You realize if the review comes out and doesn't corroborate this your name is mud
I'm not worried at all. I had a hour talking with them. They are all totally enthused about the C7. Unless they change their mind I am here to report only what I heard.
It's great that a Vette did better against a 911. But so what? Most people don't go out and buy a Porsche because it beats a Corvette, they buy a Porsche because it's a Porsche.

The C7 has entered a new level of competency.
The steering quality is just one area where the C7 was superior.
