Default Corvette Shipment Rumor

There is word going around that all shipments West of MS will be by train then transfered to truck for local delivery.

This has not happened in the recent past, Alied transported all Corvettes up to a few years ago when Jack Cooper transport got the contract.

Does anyone have valid input on this rumor or is it just a rumor.

I'm starting this rumor that FedEx and UPS are in extreme competition to see who can deliver every C7 NEXT DAY for the least cost.

Who cares how they get shipped, they are covered anyways and besides that there are people who drive these cars in the middle of harsh winters as daily drivers with snow tires and you are concerned about shipment RUMORS?

They'll need chain saws to start shipping by rail...tracks at the plant have been defunct for years....
