Tires used and tire pressure used to get the MPG rating?

Default Tires used and tire pressure used to get the MPG rating?
I'm just wondering what tires were used, (Brand and the name of the specific model tire), and how much air they had in them when GM got 29 or 30 MPG rating.
I don't think I've seen anything on this subject yet.

I don't think I've seen anything on this subject yet.
For that they use the one on the left, below, with 95 psi:

Then that's what I am going to run on my car. The Saudi's have enough money, and I want the MPG I paid for.

The tires were Michelin Pilot Super Sports, inflated to the recommended cold pressure. Every car is tested using stock tires/recommended cold pressure.
