Up until today, I was able to check current status on the order tracking website. Tonight, I received the below:

Checked with my dealer and he told me my car is now 3000. At least it moved from 2000 overnight.

I not only cannot see my order status (my baby may very well have been built this week), but I sent an email to faq@chevrolet.com and no response yet!

I hope the system admins are working doubletime to get this up, and the chat lines and cs get going again. Just get me my new car by the end of the month...

I sent an email to faq@chevrolet.com this morning and have received no reply as of 5:45 pm. OK, so the site is down but why tell people to contact faq@chevrolet.com if they do not bother to reply? Poor, poor customer service in action.

I spent 30 min or so on the phone today with customer service; said order was there - contact dealer for more information.
