Maybe they should just crush the car and start over.

Dunno. Your car is prob. in QC Hold. But with such a low VIN I would think you would be done with QC and en route to the dealer already.

Something may still be going on with the Nashville quarantined bunch. No one seems to have a good explanation as to why.

Same thing happened to me, #307. I doubt if 4D00 "on hold" is a step forward from 4B00 which was "bayed".

I went from 4300 to 4B00 last night to 4D00 this morning too. vin 71.

It looks like we are all moving backwards! I was 4B00 then 4D00 then I believed I cleared QC because I went back to 4B00 waiting for the truck, now this am I go back to 4D00
All customer service does is give you the press release answer.
I wonder if they found a missing bolt and fixed it in QC then after a month someone noticed the passenger seat was missing so we go back to QC?

I have been stuck in the Nashville Corvette penitentiary with you all. Prisoner VIN number 0040.

Just got off the line with the Chevy chat. She said my car has been loaded on a truck as should leave soon for the dealership.

On Rick Conti's order status I now show 4150/4300, yet GM'er list I am at 4B00.

Things are looking up, but I am not celebrating until Rick confirms it is there.

How can they build a complete car in 4 days and can't do QC in 4 weeks! The new production is going right out while I must be waiting on a part. STOP the line and use those quality parts to fix all the cars that were build last month!
