LOL, I know. I have been incredibly busy. Unlike some worry warts on here, I am not able to fuss over a car 24/7 LOL
And thanks for all your assistance on status, you're awesome
I will Post Pics as they develop.Look forward to sharing those, and my experiences

When I was yonger I was a mechanic on a Nitro Funny car. The driver use to ask the crew what happened during the run. The new guys so werre so pumped up that they went into a coma, could not remember. There is so much excitement with these new cars some of us "go into a coma" and miss things that are right in front of us. It happens..LOL

Same thing happened to me - I really wasn't expecting mine until mid-October. As it happened it went from 4D00 to 4B00 to 4200 in 2 days and it was at the dealership the next day.
I got a call from the new car sales manager Wednesday afternoon asking when was I going to pick up my Stingray. I said, can we do it tomorrow, (since my wife had just found out she needs a new knee...bummer.) Anyway he said "let's do it today - there are 'two legged ants' trying to swarm all over it, and I want it safely in YOUR garage tonite if we can do it." Once the word got out that the first three C7's had arrived, ELCO Chevrolet literally had people walking right into their "off-limits" shop area to see 'em, and they couldn't stop 'em (politely). Hilarious.
I've gotten a lot of looks on I-270 also, I just hope somebody doesn't lose track of what they are doing and run into me !!
