$15,000 Adjusted Market Value
I stopped by a local dealership today and saw a 3LT Z51 with a $15,000 adjusted market value added. I queried the salesman and he asked what would I pay over MSRP. I said nothing and he walked away.

And that is exactly what you should do too - walk away.
Some fool might pay that much and I guess they will deserve what they get - but you can buy these beautiful cars at MSRP. If having the newest, coolest toy is worth $15k then I guess it is OK, but when I spend that much coin I want more than just bragging rights to having a C7 early on.

Small town Dealer in a military town. 15 salesmen waiting to pounce on you the moment you pull up. It's a free market system and I'm sure someone will probably buy it. That someone just won't be me.

Why get twisted over all these MSRP threads?...you're not gonna pay it, and I'm not concerned about those that do...people exhibit radically diff behaviors when they are buying vs selling....a dealer can do damn well what he pleases with the cars he owns....

Over MSRP is such a turn off to customers. Most Corvette buyers are not impulse buyers so they usually don't overpay.

However, we also have the right to patronize dealerships that have different practices - so i see no reason not to know who this dealer is.

It's a torch red 3LT for $83, 930. I don't know what MSRP would be on this car.
