I'll be doing a road trip from AZ to SD next week. I can't wait to drive up the coast with the top off in my TR C7. I do love the AW with red interior though. If I get another C7 it will probably be AW with red interior. It's a beautiful car. And nice pics too.....
What do yall use to clean black interior "hatchback" anf glass. I haves tried everything and still get streaks. Is there a cleaning hint thread?
For the glass I use w waffle weave towel and then the MiraCloth rags that many people re-brand to buff them up.
The flat black paint on the hatch is another story and is really a terrible implementation by Chevy.
For that I used a good All Purpose Cleaner like Simple Green to get it as clean and uniform as possible and then treated it with a sealant that is made for trim, CarPro DLUX ( http://www.carpro-us.com/exterior-su...ating-sky-kit/ ).
That now works for me and the coating is shown in user reviews to last 1 year on external surfaces of a vehicle for over 1 year. I use it on my wife's truck that sits outside and in 9 months it looks the same as day 1 and still beads water.
