"In honor of jpee"
that looks really bad. I can't tell if it tried to go under something (like a truck), or rolled. either way, hope the people in it are ok.
assuming it's a production car, it has to be a coupe since no convertibles other than show cars have been produced.

Just why is it we have seen at least two of these serious crashes so far but haven't seen one story about who, what, where, why and how? Why the radio silence?
Hey, burton, where did you get this image? Don't you know anything more about the incident?

Drifting
Well, I'll put on my flame retardant suit and differ with an opinion.
(assuming this was a single-car accident where the fault can be attributed to the driver,) I don't really care if the driver is OK or not. I've seen people doing stupid life-endangering things on the public streets--like two motorcyclists going down the interstate about 75 MPH on their back wheels--and when I see crap like that, I usually say to my wife, "I hope they have a single-car crash that leaves them unable to drive" (and therefore removes the opportunity for their next accident to involve an innocent victim). Harsh? Yeah. But when a friend of yours is killed due to the stupidity of another, you might find yourself leaning my way in opinion.
Assuming some idiot crashed into the car from behind (or some similar no-fault accident), then most definitely hoping the driver is/was OK and extending sympathies for the damage to their new car. Even the first ding hurts...that would be insurmountable.

Melting Slicks
I agree...Roll Over. Looks like my 1989 vert that was stolen and flipped. Remarkably, the thief got out without a scratch.
