Brake fluid on garage floor
Found a few drops under right front of car. Off to local Chevy shop down here. Bought car 165 miles north of me.

Make sure the brake/clutch reservoir caps are on tightly.

Checked both reserves: clear in one - brake; red in other - power steering. If not power steering, what could it be? Reservoir On the passenger's side near firewall.

The only fluid in your car that's red is DEX-COOL, your anti-freeze/coolant. The large tank directly behind the fuse block with the 6 sided cap is the coolant overflow reservoir. If your car is a Z-51 it will also have an oil tank tucked into the fender well with a cap with one blade and the oil logo on it. Next to that is your dipstick. On non-Z-51 cars that space is empty. The fluid is coolant overflow and it shouldn't be leaking unless the mechanic at the dealer overfilled the reservoir when they did the PDI. The other possibility is a loose clamp on the hose coming from the radiator. Relax, it's highly unlikely it's brake fluid. BTW, modern coolant like DEX-COOL feels oily to the touch. Oh, and there's no power steering fluid, it's an electric system, not hydraulic.

Just googled electric power steering. several different kinds, some are electric over hydraulic, hydraulic pump driven by electric motor this type will have fluid. totally electric where electric motor directly provides the assist and fly by wire....I don't know which one the vette uses but I'm sure it isn't fly by wire.
