I really think these new auto's with very low first gears just drag race well. the torque rating of this motor is better and you seeing that in the lower ET's.
I knew this car would be quicker as seen as I saw the torque figures. To any person who is suprised by this should read up on torque and horsepower.
anyone trying to minimize that a base corvette running this time is not impressive needs to drink a glass of STFU IMO.
the C6 was a 12 second car that some people put in the 11's with great driving and or conditions. the C7 is looking to be more of an 11 second car that people will put in the 12's with poor driving and or poor conditions.
I personaly like the car alot. if I did not have young daugters I would be flipping my Zl1 for one.

I'm locked in for another rental at Atco on November 4th. A friend of mine is trying to get a stock '10 C6 A6 there same day for some C7 vs. C6 matchups.

Sure do..just compare tracks..and tell your buddy great job running what my buddies stock 13 GT500 did. I got rid my fast car when went to my c6. And amazing every record is done at 2 tracks. MIR/ATCO. wonder why?
But as said good job. Least you got it to perform what it should be capable of.
