Anyone know how to remove?

How about the Plenum cover? I have custom Plenum and Fuel Rail Covers on order. Thanks

The fuel rails do. I won't be able to check the plenum till tomorrow but guessing it does the same.

You will need a 10mm deep socket to remove the 4 studs, pull out the black clips from the plenum cover, really require a good effort. Then just reverse the procedure when you replace the cover. The FRC's just pull off, and snap back on.
