My car is a AW/Red 1LT, NPP, Auto

I ordered a aftermarket stinger stripe. I'm also thinking about having the roof painted carbon flash to match the rest of the black bits and pieces on the car. I think the black roof will really tie everything together

Thoughts?......and yes the hashes are just vinyl.

I think the painted roof is an excellent idea. With all due respect, the red hash stripes doesn't work because you've added a 3rd color that's totally unrelated. Also, I'm not a fan of vinyl on cars. I do like your idea of the 2 color white with black detailing theme..

I am having my hood stinger stripe painted in Carbon Flash Blk.

By the way, I see the P51 in the photo. Do you fly RC? I have attached a photo of my '51. No vinyl decals on it either....all paint.

why dont you just wrap it... you could probably do it yourself... I know that carbon fiber wrap is really cheap...

I have the carbon flash stinger and am getting the top painted to just extend the stripe on the roof, not painting the whole roof.

I was thinking the same thing, paint the removable top carbon flash to match the mirrors & spoiler I wonder if they have a carbon flash vinyl it would be a good test prior to paint I like the look of the clear tint to but don't want the heat I'll be standing by waiting for pictures

Car looks great man Arctic White > All. If you don't mind me asking how much did it cost to have your garage floor done? I love the look of polished concrete.

The floor is the Rustoleum do it yourself garage floor staining kit from Home Depot. About $150 per single space garage area

I must say I am normally not a fan of white but this particular combo looks very good. With all due respect I would have to say as well that those hashes do not fit at all. I can see your thought process but to me they look like a cheap add on that takes away from the rest of the car.

I'm not sure how painting the roof would turn out but I am a huge fan of the exposed carbon fiber roof. I saw one on a Velocity Yellow C7 with the carbon flash mirrors, Z51 Spoiler and black wheels and it looked incredible. That is my combo for next spring.

I agree withthe others about the stripes, but it's your car. Your idea about the painted roof sounds great!
