Default Borla C7 Headed to SEMA

Here's a sneak peak of our intercooled tips and prototype tips we'll be showcasing at SEMA this year. We'll also have black chrome tips on display. If you're heading to Las Vegas next week, come visit us at booth# 22967 in the Central Hall.

After we're all done in R&D, we'll offer long-tube headers and exhaust systems in 3 distinct sound levels: Touring, S-Type, and ATAK. Hope to see you at SEMA!!

Looks good David,

Are you guys going to have a tip option for 1 large angular single tip that fills the whole exhaust area rather than 2 angular tips pictured above?

+1

What I'd like to see is that little plastic insert around the exhaust replaced with some sort of heat shield, and then I'd want the single exhaust to almost perfectly fill the hole.

You guys can all agree that the hole should be almost perfectly filled, right?

I like the DIRECTION those tips are going but not quite there yet, IMHO. I like these or the two-barreled ones someone rendered from this image.

^ I like that render. Those tail lights aren't too shabby neither... wouldn't be surprised if a near-future C7 is facelifted with lamps similar to this.

You call those prototype "tips." Questions please:

Does that mean that the the tips can be purchased separately?

If so, will the the two trapezoidal tips fit a factory NPP system?
A "base" C7 exhaust?

Will Borla be also making one of your great cat-back exhaust systems for the C7?

OK dont flame me....the fins ( fins?) under the rear valance is something that I think the C7 is in real need of....It makes that rear really come to life and i bet the C7Z will have it integrated

Make the exhaust outlet trim on the current fascia metal. It'd look like one large outlet like the lambo. Then make the actual outlets off the exhaust black and let them fill the space.

Those tips look fantastic. The single trapezoidal lambo-style tip would look great, too.
