I am new to the Corvette world. I come from the JDM world. Is this Corvette the definition of what I would know as "riced". Lol.

Wow these guys can't be serious; it looks real good

Can't believe they would call this bad taste when half their cars are something as bad as chrome wheels on a yellow exterior with red seats

What the hell?

I think it looks great. Admittedly the Grand Sport badge isn't for me, but the paint job itself looks awesome. Might look better with polished aluminum wheels as well, but I'm not a fan of black wheels altogether.

And, no, it's not the first time I did this. Here's C5 Grand Sport ...

If you like it that is all that counts. I loved my 2011 GS and hope a c7 GS is in the works

You forgot Porter Rico!
Seriously it has to be a stripe from Mikes stripes, Liquid Glass 20 coats and it looks as good or better than paints.
If That is painted on OUCH!

I think it looks better than the C4 version and much better than some of the color combos Ive seen posted.

Don't take the ribbing too seriously OP. Its your car, glad you are having fun with it.

I think it loos great! That white stripe is perfect. Way way nicer than the factory vinyl stripes being offered from the factory.

Not 100% sure of the red hash stripes placement and or shape/size - although I'm pretty sure they look great in person.

Funny if the factory came out with this a lot of the people here snarking would love it.

All things considered, that's a pretty tasteful (and reserved) look IMO. I think it would be better with the stingray logo left in place, but hey that's what personalization is about.

School yard punks never change.....and never learn.

OP, your cars look great! Your devotion to Corvettes has obviously been long standing, with a theme carried out on a number of great looking Vettes. May you enjoy the C7 for a long time.

looks awesome, beat me too it...

I did a C5 replica and the first C6 that was in Corvette Fever back in the day and also a 2006 10 year tribute in a convertible...

This was done differently than I had planned, but I like it!

I have a convertible I am working on

I think the car looks good, while it would not be my choice, it is certainly done tastefully and well. Just must say no to the Grand Sport badge, because it's just not one. Enjoy.
