Introducing C7 Grand Sport!

Cool idea. I guess for those that haven't been around Corvette long enough, they don't 'get it'. However, I would have waited for the upcoming LT4 engine to do this, to make the tribute complete.

OP, I think it looks awesome. I couldn't believe the comments I was reading. That ugly *** Stingray badge would be the first thing off my C7. Makes it even funnier with members defending that.
Nice job! You will stand out over the other 100k boring C7s that will be a dime a dozen soon.

It doesn't look bad, I just wouldn't keep the grand sport badge on there.
Other than the badge it's just some stripes, which to my knowledge, and correct me if I'm wrong, have been done on thousands of corvettes for years. Soooooo I'm not sure what the big deal is to everyone on this thread about it, ha ha.
I wouldn't do it to my own, because I don't like stripes, but it's done well.

There has been a real change to this forum, and maybe the internet in general, over the years. I never received this hateful reaction when doing C5 Grand Sport or The Silver Devil. Both cars won many trophies and received magazine coverage. I don't think C7 Grand Sport will be any different.
While I've always kept my classic vettes absolutely stock and have taken them through NCRS and Bloomington Gold, I enjoy taking a different approach with my new ones. Sorry to have offended some of you.

I like the Car. A very sharp color combo. A GS badge would be OK. But, somehow make it unique to the C7 Gen. C4 GS badge on a C7 is a no no, IMO.

An honest opinion:
1. Smoke out the tail lights and side markers
2. Remove the Grand Sport badges (out-dated style); I'd replace with a slightly larger decal that would flow better with the elements already on the fender.
Otherwise, it looks good.

OP,
I think it looks pretty good. Tasteful and appears well done. I probably would have left off the red hash marks and the fender badge, but the colors and striping are sharp.
