This is the response I got from the click to chat representative about the "track your order" link on the Chevrolet website.
"It was originally taken down because it would have difficulties, like not accepting some orders or given the wrong status. I don't know if they'll be putting it back up, but we'll always be here if you want to check in and we'll give you the current status."

Just an FYI for everyone wanting to check the status of their Chevrolet order, there is another way to get your status quickly. My dealer informed me that you can go to Chevrolet's website and select the link "click to chat" at the bottom of the page. The tool for checking orders is available from 8am to 8pm EST.
Your order is currently at 3300- Scheduled for Production. You still have a TPW of 12/15/14, which is tentative and subject to change. I hope you have a wonderful holiday!
