Chevrolet Customer Service order tracking thread
Looks like she's at 1100-Preliminary Order Accepted. Be sure to check in again in a couple of weeks for another update!

Hope this is not too soon. I'm at 3000. Is there possibly a TPW for my baby #SMHHSP. Coincidentally, my son and daughter-in-law are expecting their first child in late April-early May. May is going to be an exciting month for "firsts" (my 1st Vette)

Howdy,
Could you please check the current status of order # SMBS1W, ordered from a dealer in New Hampshire for delivery to Maryland.
Thank you very much, as always, for your help.

Can I get an update on this order please? Thanks.
With the policy change about not giving out production codes, I don't think anybody is going to get an answer!
Sounds like now, for any information, you need to contact your selling dealer!

Apparently, my car is awaiting shipment and according to my dealer, the only way he can get info is to contact Chevy directly via phone. He's tried that twice in the past two days and Chevy has not returned his calls.
With Chevy's recent inactivation of their customer order tracking website, and now the order status codes no longer releasable to us lowly buyers, it makes you wonder what their concept of "customer service" might be. It certainly isn't serving the customer.
