TPW 6/13 and still no car. I have a VIN# and know the car is in the parking lot waiting to be shipped. Is there a hold from GM or Jack Cooper Trucking?

I would love to know the status of order SRVZZF.. I was told by my dealer I have a TPW of 8/10 but GM chat said they are ahead of schedule. Just trying to figure out when to book my vacation..

You can request an update here, but they are either on vacation or they simply do not reply anymore. If it is the first option, we can wait until they return and hope they had a good time. If it is the later, then the administrator should take this thread down.

I am a bit frustrated and ready to dump my Corvette order. The dealer placed the order on 6/2/2015. It is a 3LT cash deal but we cant get the order accepted. I see orders with a higher order number being delivered. I feel like GM/Chevrolet/Corvette just don't care. I am getting fed up. If I don't have a TPW in the next 7days I am yanking my order. I think 10 weeks is patient enough. I saw the blurb about this being setup for status only but Chev Cust Support needs to hear the bad as well.

I never could get GM connect to work and give me a status. Too bad it looks like a nice tool but if it doesn't function what good is it.

I've been able to get updates using the Chat Now feature on Chevy.com

They were helpful but unfortunately my order has not been accepted yet due to dealer inventory, allocation, location etc etc etc etc.


Looks Like I am going to cancel my order and go look at Jaguar and Porsche. I am absolutely fed up trying to get my order accepted.

I ordered a 3LT in NRB with Adenelin Restaurant interior for Museum delivery. Too bad as the museum loses out on a 995.00 fee for delivery. At this point I am so PO'ed over the wasted time I am willing to spend the money for something else.
