Oil slick sprayer on the rear fascia and passenger ejector seat button in the console.

Good question - I do not know? My swag would be some type of device intended to measure and record shipping stresses/conditions ?????

I believe I read where the 'ejector seat' is only for the ex-wife/ex-girlfriend side seat....

I remember seeing those on test mules for the the Z06/ZR1, what they do was mentioned around that time but I can't remember.

Yellow/red button in the center console is a kill switch (EMO).

What are you referring to? The quick connect on the back of the car looks like a fuel dump (to drain the tank and test different kinds of fuel). The yellow things are K-type thermocouples (to take the temperature of various things).

LNG charging port? If they are using K-types it must be for exhaust system temps. otherwise J-Types would be within their standard operation range for all other vehicle temp. measurements.

It clearly shows where the bowser was connected to the emulgimator.

^ Exactly - that's an exclusive feature of the New Model, Binford 8000 Flux Capacitor. Lesser models from some competitors are still connecting using the Dorsal Interossei to position them.
