Default Approximately 5000 Vets built, who is 100% happy

A forum is a great venue for posting problems encountered in the production of a new model year, but what really is the percentage of new owners that have not experienced a problem as compared to those that have. I estimate that about 5000 Vets have been built thus far and if you look at the postings with a problem (someone else's problem may not seem as serious as if it is your own)' but the total problems do not seem to be a very high percentage of the cars built and delivered.

VIN 1614 totally happy (except it is winter now and I can't drive it. I know winter happens every year but always disappointing to put Corvette away for months.)

I really cannot think of any car I have been 100% happy with. There is always something we humans can find to bitch about.

Your estimate is quite low. Over 8,000 Stingrays have already been built. How do I know? VIN #7845, a Crystal Red Z51 3LT, was built for me on November 20. I pick it up at the Museum a week from today.

These threads about expected problems on a new model are getting a bit tiresome. VIN 1342 is perfect.

agreed, about like every other launch I know of, no major design defects so far, minor build problems (getting better), some vendor supplied parts defective...pretty normal...

Those with problems will always be more vocal than those without. That always amplifies the perception of issues in a closed eco system like CF

Wow. I way under estimated. Took 130 vets a day X 4 work days a week X 11 weeks. Not near enough I guess. Workers getting a lot more done than I estimated.

wonder who is getting #10000? Could someone have paid the extra options money to acquire it?
