Forgeline Carbon lips!
Forgeline will introduce the new ultra-lightweight "Carbon+Forged" Series two-piece carbon fiber and forged aluminum wheels, at the 2016 SEMA Show, with full production and delivery tentatively expected to begin in the first quarter of 2017.
For nearly 25 years, Forgeline Motorsports has been driven by an unyielding commitment to technology and performance innovation. Using complex manufacturing techniques, cutting-edge engineering technology, and advanced materials, Forgeline has engineered and manufactured wheels for the world’s fastest vehicles and most competitive racing environments.
Now in 2016, Forgeline has taken another technological leap forward, announcing an exciting new partnership with EMERGENT™ Carbon Wheels and the launch of the “Carbon+Forged Series”, a new line of two-piece carbon fiber/forged aluminum ultra-high performance wheels!
Utilizing weight-optimized CNC-machined forged aluminum centers combined with Emergent’s revolutionary proprietary carbon fiber barrels, Forgeline's new made-to-order Carbon+Forged wheels deliver the ultimate in technological advancement, exclusive styling, and unparalleled lightweight performance.
Forgeline Carbon+Forged wheels are not just another pretty wheel; they are also engineered to set entirely new standards of appearance and performance. The super lightweight carbon fiber barrels utilize a high-density carbon fiber bundle, high-clarity resin system, and unusually large carbon weave pattern to create a rim that is attractive and visually distinctive. The resulting rim is 42% lighter than its aluminum equivalent, delivering a weight reduction to the wheel's most critical outer perimeter, where it has the greatest reduction in unwanted inertia and yields real-world improvements to acceleration, braking, cornering traction, ride quality, NVH (noise, vibration, & harshness), driver/passenger comfort, and fuel economy.
Forgeline’s Carbon+Forged carbon fiber barrels are also engineered and tested to deliver industry-leading levels of fatigue strength, impact/damage resistance, and deflection stiffness. Tested by an independent automotive industry laboratory, they have proven to be incredibly strong and robust, exceeding all existing SAE and TUV test specifications and surpassing the AK-LH 08 Radial Impact Test standard.
The first wheels to be released from Forgeline's new Carbon+Forged Series will be the lightweight racing-inspired CF201 (featuring a five V-spoke design and aggressive I-beam machining details) and the stylish CF202 (featuring a very unique directional sculpted angular spoke design). They are available in 20 and 21-inch fitments, each uniquely engineered for exclusive modern sport and luxury vehicles, including the Corvette Z06, Ferrari 458/488, Audi R8, Acura NSX, Lamborghini Huracan/Aventedor, Porsche 918/GT3/GT3RS, as well as Aston Martin, McLaren, Mercedes, and BMW applications. Full production and delivery is tentatively expected to commence in the first quarter of 2017.

Thanks for the GA1R order Glen! I really need to get this thread updated. Shop has been so busy, I haven't had much time to post up all of the wheels we've been doing
Best time to buy wheels is now through the end of the year, like the authorized Forgeline sale up to 20% off! Hit me up for unbeatable pricing and service!

Dumb question however would I have to get new tires as well or could I use the stock Stingray (2016) tires and change the wheels accordingly? Thanks and again apologies in advance as this is the first vehicle I've ever considered modifying and have zero experience!!
The wheel set I found online is from West Coast Corvette (not sure if they are a reputable site/seller). Theres an option on the dropdown for c7 19 and 20inch:

Many thanks for your time and guidance!

One WILD C7R on Forgelines
I talked to David off and on for awhile about what wheels he wanted to do his theme with and they turned out really rad for a car like this. The car has an F1 blower on it now too! It has matching 18" rear drag wheels with the MT345s! Good photoshoot coming soon!
