Craw Hawk Rims
So my red stingray was built last week with carbon fiber roof and standard wheels. My plan was always to replace the stock rims with black rims because I love the black roof, black rims combo. I would have bought it with black rims if they offered it (without forcing the z51).
Unfortunately, I'm not super familiar with what you can and cannot get away with when it comes to aftermarket rims, (offset, size that the stock tires can still fit on, etc...) and anyone who has looked into aftermarket rims has seen that most sites aren't listing Stingray wheels, so I turn to the corvette forum to save me from making a bad purchase.
I'm looking at matte black Cray Rims, 18x9 and 19x10.5 as it's my understanding that stretching tires half an inch is a nonissue.

Any thoughts from you?
Do you think it'll look good?
Are Cray wheels good?
Do PCD, Bore, ET, or lip mean anything important?

Those brickyards look nice. Might have swayed me. =)
Do the other numbers matter regarding me using the stock tires / brakes with them? (PCD, Bore, ET, Lip)

Cray does make some very nice wheels. And I will agree that the Brickyard style does look very good - am considering them for my car depending on the price and sizes available.

you want 5 x 120 bolt pattern
about a 50 offset in front and 65 in back
and you are right, 1/2 more width and the stock tire will look fine
These are TSW/Cray and they bolt right up...I went up to 19/20, but they make 18/19 for stock base cars too...

I'm going to offer somewhat different advice. Tires have a rim width range and a "measuring" or "designed" rim width. For example, the non-Z51 OEM tire has a rim width range of 9.5" to 11.0" and a design rim width of 10.0". The tires will "fit" on a rim that is 0.5" wider than the 10.0" (actually up to 1.0 inch wider), but in my opinion they look like they are "stretched". To me, they look too narrow for the rim. I always use a rim that matches the designed rim width because the tires look best on that size rim. Also note that rim widths other than the design width cause the other tire measurements (diameter, tread width and cross section width) to change slightly.

Here are some wheels for the base car:
BBS RS-GT
18 x 9, 54mm, 21 pounds weight, front, $900 each
19 x 10.5, 75mm, 23.5 pounds weight, rear, $1320 each
Listed at TR under the C6
These wheels are spec width for the 255/40-18 front and 295/35-19 rear tire sizes
Here are some more wheels:
OZ Superleggera III
19 x 9.5, 59mm, and likely use a 5mm spacer, front, $859 each
19 x 11, 75mm, rear, $885 each
20x 11, 75mm, rear, $975 each
Listed at TR under the C6
And these wheels are spec width for the 265/30-19 front and 305/30-19 rear tire size pair and also the 265/35-19 front and 305/30-20 rear tire size pair.
The rumor is that the stock wheel offsets are 56mm front and 79mm rear. So for the wider tires I'm targeting no further outward than 51mm front and 74mm rear. In fact there was a 9.5"/11" HRE fitment posted of 57mm front wheel offset and 72mm rear wheel offset
.

I just ordered the cray hawk 18x9 / 19x10.5 rims and the company I ordered from called me to inform me that they don't fit on the Stingray.
He says while the offset, size, etc. are fine he called TSW and they told him that these wheels do not clear the brakes. TSW is working on 18x9.5 / 19x11 wheels for the Stingray that will for base tires and stock everything.
Thoughts? I know some of you have installed TSW/Cray wheels already.

That sounds like witchcraft to me. Aftermarket wheels usually clear OEM brakes. And the big brakes are on the Z51 which then requires at least 19" wheels
