Performance Exhaust (NPP) Question
I don't "need" NPP, but cannot decide if the NPP would be a good option to have strictly from a resale perspective... and figured a Poll might help shed some light on demand for this option.

It was a must have when it came to my decision. I would not have purchased the car without it. It's the best of both worlds. Loud when you want it load and quiet when you want it quiet both automatically based on driving mode and manually by turning the exhaust preference to off when you just want it open. It really does sound great with the exhaust open too! I'd almost say it sounds a bit better than my 09 Z06 NPP did with the mild to wild setup. It's also said to add a negligible amount of power.
From a resale perspective, I do think it will make the car more desirable and if nothing else it will appeal to a wider audience which should help it sell quicker.

It was on my deal breaker list. Very pleased with the option.

You really don't "need" a Corvette either. If NPP was not offered, many of us still would have bought a Corvette. I've had NPP on my last 2 Vettes and it is a great feature.

Another yes vote here. I figured it was all integrated into the stock electronics so why not go for it, instead of spending about the same money on an aftermarket one that wouldn't use the same switch.

I ordered NPP on mine C7 as I want the ability to control the level of sound.
In addition to NPP I do plan on replacing the cat-back with a NPP friendly Borla option once it is available for a slightly different exhaust note and potential slight performance gain.

Negligible performance gain. Not worth the cost. I wonder if the standard exhaust system flow is greater than the NPP system with the valves closed. Will the NPP mufflers greater flow rate offset the exhaust exit restriction with the valves closed?

At $1,195 it was a good deal for me. I spent a bunch more for an after market exhaust on my C6. Maybe I got a few more HP from the after market, but I really am interested in the sound. And, the NPP has a good sound for me.

I bought specifically as had plans to modify the car, including the add of headers/blower so need to be able to turn the baffles on when the Wife is in the car....so she won't ask too many questions...lol

I had a 427 powered PFADT suspended fully built C5. I ran through 5 different cat-backs on that. The C7 I'm going to leave less molested and will only be adding LT's and an Eforce blower. The NPP exhaust saves me one more thing I don't have to change which is why I ordered it.

It's probably the one option that should be standard. You can turn it off and run quieter if you like but when open WOT sounds really good .
Plus the 460hp is only going to be with the NPP package. Exhaust diameter is 1/2" wider reducing back pressure.
